--> According to the Global Property Guide 2009 three of Cyprus's cities are in the Most Expensive Property Markets. In the 71st place is the city of Paphos with each sqm metre averaging $2,792 US. In the 81st Place, Nicosia averaging $2,256 US per sqm. And finally the 85th place, Larnaca with $2,174 US per sqm. Some of these statistical figures come as a surprise today where Limassol and Nicosia are rated the expensive markets now in 2010, with Larnaca below and Paphos being the escape a need for cheap accomodation.
